To
upload your presentation, click on the 'Edit' button and browse to your
PowerPoint file. This file should be no more than 5mb in size. Click 'Update'
to upload your presentation. A green tick in the 'Presentation' checkbox
confirms your presentation has been received.
Please ensure you have reviewed your accepted abstract to ensure all details are correct as this will be displayed on the conference website and app. If you have any changes please contact the OTCC conference team via email
otcc2019@nswcc.org.au.
Presentation Format and Delivery Requirements
- Only PowerPoint format will be accepted
- The recommended minimum font format is Arial 24pt (this will ensure that your presentation is clearly visible to your audience)
- Your presentation is to be sized for the screen ratio 16:9 (see below for instructions on how to adjust your slides)
- Use compressed images to keep your file size manageable (see tips below)
- Your Title slide should include: title, author/s, date and contact details
- All videos must be embedded into your presentation and also uploaded with your presentation
- Do not include links to external sites like YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo in your presentation
- When submitting your presentation, please ensure all files are named using the naming convention: session type_session number_presenter last name (eg Oral_3_Smith; Rapidfire_1_Smith).
- In the session you will have access to a presenters screen that will display your presentation & presenter notes on the stage along with a wireless clicker to advance the slides and point.
- You will need to be present at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of your session to check in with the room chair and audio vision technician
- Please bring a copy of your presentation on USB as a back-up in the event of data loss or corruption.
- There will be very limited capacity at the venue to make late changes to presentations.

Speaker Preparation Room
All presenters must have uploaded their PowerPoint slides prior to the conference however if you have any emergency last minute changes, please proceed to the Speaker Preparation room located in the boardroom, next to the registration desk.
The speaker preparation room will be open during the following times:
- Tuesday, 22nd October, 8am - 4pm
- Wednesday, 23rd October, 8am - 4pm
- Thursday, 24th October, 8am - 2pm
Please visit the speaker preparation room minimum 2 hours before your presentation to check in with the audio visual team to ensure your presentation is compatible and there have been no formatting issues.Oral Presentations
You
will have 12 minutes for your oral presentation, with up to three minutes
allowed for questions immediately following your presentation. A session chair
will moderate the sequence of papers and the discussion. Strict timing will
apply.
Brief Report Presentations
You
will have 4 minutes for your brief report presentation and the microphone
will be turned off at that time. Group Q&A time to follow at
the completion of all brief report presentations. A session chair will
moderate discussion and facilitate transition between
presentations. Strict timing will apply with a maximum of 8 PowerPoint
slides.

The registration desk is located at Doltone House - Jones Bay Wharf on the wharf deck, and will be open as follows:
- Tuesday, 22nd October, 8am - 4pm
- Wednesday, 23rd October, 8am- 4pm
- Thurdsday, 24th October, 8am-2pm
Please ensure you collect your Conference name badge and satchel from the registration desk on arrival. The name badge will be your official OTCC access pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the conference for access to sessions and social activities.
Conference Program
The conference program is now available on the OTCC 2019 website and will be regularly updated. The full program ‘book’ including maps and general information will be available the week before the conference on the OTCC website as a downloadable PDF. A printed copy will also be available in your event satchel upon registration.
The program outlining presenters abstracts will only be available via the conference app and the OTCC 2019 website.
